ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS
Admission to the program will be made on a competitive basis after considering the applicant's current level of responsibility, size of budget and staff directly managed, and potential for future contribution to her organization and her community. Proficiency in written and spoken English is essential.
Early application is encouraged as qualified candidates are admitted on a rolling, space-available basis and programs often fill to capacity. Because of the interactive nature of this program, the number of participants is limited. Applications received after the deadline will be considered only if space remains in the class.
The program’s $6,300 tuition includes most meals, all teaching and curricular materials, guest speakers and events. Fee does not include hotel accommodations. Program participants will have the option of staying at the Charles Hotel, adjacent to the Kennedy School at a special group rate.
VISA
Overseas applicants should be aware that the time required to obtain a visa can be several months. This extra time needed should be taken into account during the program application process. Because the time required to obtain a visa can be lengthy, we encourage applicants from outside the United States to apply at least 12 weeks before the program start date.
Fellowship Opportunities
Executive Education at the Kennedy School of Government recognizes that tuition payment is an obstacle for some applicants. We have identified several fellowship opportunities available to individuals who have applied for and been accepted to a given program.
The following fellowships are administered by separate organizations and have a selection process entirely independent of the Kennedy School. We encourage participants to explore relevant opportunities from this list, and to search for additional sources of fellowship support.
For applicants from Croatia
For senior executives from Croatia's public sector, the Andronico Luksic Fellowships were established to advance Croatia's public interest by providing educational opportunities for the country's human capital at Harvard University. To be considered for this fellowship, please apply on line here. In response to the "Who will be the financial sponsor of your participation" question, type "Luksic".
