While at Executive Education, participants follow a schedule similar to the one seen below.

Sample Daily Schedule

7:00 am - 8:00 am Breakfast
8:00 am - 9:00 am Discussion groups meet to discuss case material and assigned study questions
9:00 am - 10:30 am Case Discussion: e.g. Organizational Change Management
10:30 am - 11:00 am Coffee Break
11:00 am - 12:30 pm Case Discussion: Leadership and Strategy
12:30 pm - 2:00 pm Lunch
2:00 pm - 3:30 pm Case Exercise: e.g. Negotiation
3:30 pm - 6:00 pm Individual study and class preparation
6:00 pm - 8:00 pm Dinner with special guest speaker

Evening free time or attend Kennedy School Forum event (during the academic year)

Because of the intensive nature of our programs, participants are asked to immerse themselves completely in the program curriculum and daily events. Free time at night is used to prepare for the next day's session and to mingle informally with classmates.
