Perran Penrose

Perran Penrose has many years of experience advising governments in financial reform and has worked in developing and transitional countries for more than thirty years. He is an associate of the Centre for International Business and Management (CIBAM) of the Judge Management School of the University of Cambridge (England) and has held visiting posts in a number of universities. He has had experience with nongovernmental organizations at operational and board levels. He is currently engaged in financial reforms in Vietnam, Thailand and Ethiopia, and has in the last few years worked in Romania, Jamaica, Ghana, and India.
