Periodically, we create customized training programs for a wide range of organizational clients. Each program is tailored to the specific needs of the client, but uses the same expert faculty and powerful teaching methods that have established Harvard's Kennedy School as the gold-standard provider of executive education and training programs in the public sector. Custom programs can be used to:

• Forge a common understanding of policy and management principles across organizational management, or;
  
• Create partnerships among the public, private, and nonprofit sectors.

By working with the client to design the program, we can deliver the most relevant curriculum, expand upon the client's existing competencies, and develop tailored leadership strategies.
