Admission is based on current professional standing and assessment of a candidate's potential for future contributions to an organization. Because of the highly interactive nature of our programs, the number of participants is limited, and early application is encouraged. To that end, all class members are expected to be free of official duties while attending a program.

Because our programs are conducted in English, fluency in reading and speaking English is a necessity.
