In many parts of the world today, the conditions exist for the emergence of a new and unique political generation. During times of great change, the quality of emerging leadership is critically important. This is especially true in countries undergoing national transitions, where the nature and pace of political and economic events have rapidly accelerated the need for the next generation to develop the capacity to lead.
Emerging Leaders brings together leaders from around the world and renowned Harvard faculty to develop and expand the capacity of the next generation of leaders. Participants will return to their countries and organizations with a solid foundation of skills and strategies to implement their vision of a democratic society.
