ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS
Admission is selective, based on professional achievement and a proven commitment to public service. There is no formal educational requirement. Proficiency in written and spoken English is essential.
Early application is encouraged as qualified candidates are admitted on a rolling, space-available basis and programs often fill to capacity. Because of the interactive nature of this program, the number of participants is limited. Applications received after the deadline will be considered only if space remains in the class.

"As a longtime funder of the Senior Executives program, I know the value that it provides to elected and appointed officials. For years, this program has stood alone as the source of training, education and inspiration for leaders, including those in the gay and lesbian community.
But it wasn't until I was a student that I fully appreciated the depth and intensity of the program. And then again, not until I got back to running a grant-making foundation, that I realized how profound and comprehensive my three weeks in Cambridge had been. While the challenges at work have not diminished, my ability to understand and manage them has been forever enhanced because of the Senior Executives Program."
