Rachel Glennerster is Executive Director of the Abdul Latif Jameel Poverty Action Lab at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. Her current research includes randomized evaluations of community driven development in Sierra Leone, empowerment of adolescent girls in Bangladesh, and health, education, and microfinance in India. She received her Ph.D. from the University of London.
